As Financial Controller at ACT Engineers, Tricia Rosina has more than nine years of experience overseeing the administration team, which includes finance, human resources, and information technology. In addition to her leadership in administration, she also serves as ACT’s Educational Outreach Coordinator.
Tricia’s varied experience at ACT includes creating procedures for financial accuracy and helping develop a positive work culture. She has the privilege of raising shellfish for coastal restoration efforts and engaging the community in understanding the benefits of shellfish and ecosystem protection.
Tricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, with a concentration in biology from Wheaton College in Illinois. Before joining ACT, she taught all subjects to fifth graders and served as a middle school science teacher and soccer coach, combining her passions for biology and soccer.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tricia spends time with her husband and four children, cooking, gardening, and taking walks in God’s creation. She also finds joy in holding babies to allow busy parents to attend church.
