Selena D. Stewart is the Director of Marketing and Human Resources at ACT Engineers, Inc., where she serves on the Strategic Management Team and plays a key advisory role to the President, owners, and internal stakeholders. With over 25 years of experience, she brings expertise in human resources leadership, marketing strategy, and organizational development, helping to drive business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and foster a positive workplace culture.
At ACT, Selena blends business strategy with people-focused leadership to advance organizational goals and ensure alignment with the firm’s mission of sustainability and innovation. She oversees human resources programs, talent development, and marketing initiatives that support ACT’s growth while promoting excellence and collaboration across the company.
Outside of ACT, Selena leads the James O. & Wilhelmina Bryant Food Pantry in Piscataway, NJ, serves as a Board Officer of the North Stelton Economic Development Corporation, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey. She has also volunteered at adult and youth shelters in Trenton and Lawrence, NJ, supporting individuals through mentoring, coaching, and advocacy.
Selena earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and holds certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Global Talent Management Leader, and Professional Recruiter. She and her husband enjoy family life with their daughter and their pup. In her free time, she is active in her church, enjoys history, and loves listening to books on Audible.
